In a pinnacle scene, Captain Kirk becomes infected by a deadly virus. With a rush of adrenaline being the only cure, he must find a way to get his blood pumping. He looks to his trusted crew to perform a smoking-hot threeway to save the day. Both Kirk and Spock take Uhura and divide her evenly.
