Wicked Pictures Contract Performer/Director To Cut The Ribbon and Open Show Floor
ENCINO, CALIFORNIA (October 18, 2008) … Wicked Pictures star Stormy Daniels, one of the hottest and most prolific adult stars on the circuit today, will kick off the 2009 AVN Adult Entertainment Expo by cutting the ribbon to open the event. The ribbon cutting will take place at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 8, 2009 in the front of Hall A at the Sands Expo Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Stormy Daniels established herself in mainstream magazines for men and erotic dance arenas before gracing the adult film industry. Some of the many accolades that Daniels has collected over the years include the 2004 AVN Award for Best New Starlet, the 2001 and 2002 gold medalist at the Gold G-string Awards, and two-time runner up in the Miss Nude North America pageant. Daniels has been profiled in popular HBO documentaries Real Sex and Pornocopia. She has been exclusively with Wicked Pictures since 2002 where she has branched out to perform, write, and direct numerous Wicked releases.

Trade registration will cost $125 per person before December 15, 2008. For attendees that want to attend the Opening Night Party, a limited number of tickets are available for an additional $80.
The 2009 AVN Adult Entertainment Expo will overlap with the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) on all four days. The AVN Adult Entertainment Expo is not affiliated with CES.
The 2009 AVN Adult Entertainment Expo sets the stage for the AVN Awards Show, which will be held at the Mandalay Bay Events Center, on Saturday, January 10, 2009. The annual AVN Awards Show is the premier gala of adult video and recognizes titles, individuals, and companies for contributions to and excellence in the industry.
