Conceptualized by Jared Spencer after years of debates with friends that propelled him to aggressively research and create a product where the measurement truly was THE FINAL SAY, he found that there was actually a niche for this product among men and lunged full throttle into manufacturing and producing the phallumeasure device.

After months of product sampling and testing Spencer was encouraged to make some necessary changes to the original packaging in order to best service penis's worldwide.  With various input, the newly unveiled package was redesigned and greatly improved for easier functionality.

The redesign includes complete step-by-step detailed instructions for proper measuring of the penis (Around the Horn; Balls and All; From Hole to Pole; Stretching the Truth) as well as a breakdown of the metric v. standard measuring systems.
