The sequel to 2003’s multi-award winning film from John Stagliano.

Shot in high-definition in Berlin, Las Vegas and Los Angeles over a 6-week period. Fashionistas Safado: The Challenge (a.k.a. Fashionistas 2) focuses on Antonio (Rocco) and Jesse (Belladonna) after they take command of the Fashionistas company. They receive a message from a mysterious man in Berlin who tests Antonio’s loyalty to Jesse and challenges his sexual strength.

Visually stunning and sexually amazing, and with a music score worthy of a mainstream release, the movie stars some of the most sexual girls in the adult business today, including Belladonna, Katsumi, Melissa Lauren, Adrianna Nicole, Marie Luv and stunning newcomer Sasha Grey. The 14-person orgy was Sasha’s first hardcore on-camera performance. John says, €œWhile the first Fashionistas was shot on film, this edition was shot on the much more flexible format of High Definition. The money saved by shooting this way all went into added production values for this new movie."  The Panisonic Varicam and the Sony Z1 HDV camera were used, with the Z1 giving a more realistic look to some of the footage shot in Berlin.

NBC Dateline’s Diane Sawyer referred to the original Fashionistas film as a “disturbing marathon of anal sex and S/M”. John Stagliano says, "We won't be sending a copy of the new Fashionistas to Diane, we don't want to distrub her any more, because people are having even more fun in this one."

Stagliano, who also edited Fashionistas Safado: The Challenge, collaborated for months with Las Vegas native Douglas Mariah on a soundtrack which complements and enhances the visuals and sexuality of this epic release. 

The director is already back in the edit bay crafting Fashionistas Safado: Berlin, the final chapter in the Fashionistas trilogy, which was shot simultaneously with The Challenge.  Berlin will be released in early 2007, followed immediately by a 5-disc definitive Fashionistas Safado boxset, which will include both Fashionistas Safado movies, a bonus features disc including the Making Of featurettes and extra sex, and the Fashionistas Safado soundtrack CD.

A dedicated website to the Fashionistas movies is now live online at www.fashionistasmovies.com. The website includes photo galleries, trailers, teasers, cast lists. It will also include production notes, biographies, video clips, and samples of the music soundtracks.
