If I remember right you grew up living in a small town.

Felicia Fox - I grew up in a small town. Enon, Ohio; population 600. A very very small town. I escaped that when I was 18. I moved to a slightly bigger city.

Do your prefer living in a small town or living in a big city?

Felicia Fox - Small town life is good to grow-up in I think. You don't have to lock your doors. You can play till late and you are not going to get harmed at all. But being an adult I guess I prefer a bigger city.

What was it like growing up in a town of 620 (Enon, Ohio)?

Felicia Fox - Everyone knew everyone. I grew up with the majority of the people since I was in kindergarten. The dating was a little rough because you knew people too well so I tended to date guys who had moved there from other cities. People were in your business a little too much like when you were getting a little more mature and started making decisions on your own people tended to get into your business a little bit more. If you make a shocking decision people tend to talk about it. But all in all I liked growing up in a small town.

For those people who don't know tell me about the Future Farmers of America? What did you do?

Felicia Fox: Oh my GOD! I was in FFA which is the Future Farmers of America. I had horses and veil calf's. We judged soil and we would go to the big conventions. I would show my horses. I had to rip a lawn mower apart one time and rebuild it. And all kinds of crazy stuff that you would have to do on farms. I was actually the "Secretary" one year and the "Treasurer" another. I was working my way up to "President" but then I moved and got out of that.

Did you ever go to the National Convention in Kansas City?

Felicia Fox: Yes I did actually.

You have said that you lost your virginity at age 15 in a barn. Is sex in hay as romantic and fun as people think?

Felicia Fox - No, it is very painful and you don't realize it until you take a shower that night. It will cut you up. It is horrible. As an adult I don't advise it.

What exactly is plastic injection and how did you get involved in that?

Felicia Fox - Plastic injection was a horrible job that I had when I was in-between jobs actually. It was a temporary job. They have these big plastic machines that sculpt stuff and you have to rip the little pieces of plastic that are sticking out away from the forms. And the plastic is really hot and you burn yourself a lot. They give you gloves but it doesn't work. It is almost like a molding thing. Then you take the excess plastic and stick it in a grinder and it shoots back into your face. It was just an awful nightmare job.

What is a ramp rat?

Felicia Fox - I was a ramp rat and actually this is one of my favorite jobs I have ever had. I have always been sort of a tom-boy and have always gone for very manly jobs. I got a job at the international air port. I worked throwing freight all night long. You had to be able to lift 100 lbs over your head just to apply for the job. Of course I had grown up on a farm so I was used to shoveling hay and horse shit and stuff like that so of course I was very strong. So I drove a fork lift and loaded planes and semi-trucks. That is pretty much what a ramp rat is.

What are the rewards and challenges of working with mentally handicapped children?

Felicia Fox - That was one of my big loves before I broke into the adult business. From the sixth grade on I went to a summer camp and teach handicapped kids and help them have fun with life. You know paint and draw and stuff. And I just fell in love with it. I actually began tutoring a class in fifth grade. I actually got in trouble for making fun of a friend. So my discipline was taking one of the tests that the LD kids took. Of course I didn't study the books. I did okay on it but I didn't do the greatest. It was just kind of a lesson to be learned when you are young that you shouldn't make fun of people. I kind of ended up tutoring the class of the person I made fun of. It really opened my eyes and I saw totally different things with them. They don't have the ability to do things that we do but they are so smart and they are such little characters. I have actually considered adopting one when I am out of the business because I have a lot of patience and they are just neat individuals.

I am confused on your marital status?

Felicia Fox - I am not married.

What was it like being proposed to on stage in front of an audience?

Felicia Fox - I was scared to death. I thought I was going to puke. I am not married yet but I have been with him for 9 years so we have been together a long time.

Why have you chosen to never eat red meat?

Felicia Fox - Actually I eat red meat again. I went 2 years without eating meat but I started getting a little anemic. I needed the protein and the iron. So now I eat red meat again.

Why did you do on the Jenny Jones' Show?

Felicia Fox - The Jenny Jones' show called me to go on there for a show called "You Dress Too Sexy". I never realized how full of crap TV is and how made up everything is. They wanted Tim to come on, of course; and anyone who knows him knows he fully supports me in the business but they wanted him to come on and act like he was upset that I dress sexy. Not considering that I fuck on film but that I dress sexy. It was a nightmare. I will never do another talk-show again. It was fun and we got paid for it but by the time it hits the editing room anything you try to say that is intelligent is usually taken out. Anytime you try to talk about a subject that makes you look better they will immediately turn it around and have someone look at you in a negative way. They try to turn the audience against you and turn you against the audience right off the bat. So there will be this fight and the ratings will go up.

Tell me about your missed Playboy Playmate test?

Felicia Fox - Oh the missed one when I was 18. A photographer had taken some shots and sent them in and they wanted to set me up for a test shot. I was actually with a male friend at the time who didn't like me posing nude and didn't like me stripping. So I had gotten out of stripping and was trying to do the good thing and possibly by-passed the chance of my lifetime. Of course a possible test shoot is no guarantee. You can get down there and it could turn into nothing but just the fact that there was a chance..

How on earth can Showgirls be one of your favorite movies?

Felicia Fox - (Laughing) I love Showgirls. I don't know maybe because I have lived the life for so long. Everyone said how cheesy it was but I really liked it. I loved watching the girls dance on stage and all the numbers they do. It is probably because I am a feature entertainer. We put on very burlesque shows and you see all the meanness backstage and that is kind of how it is at a strip club.

One interview said you would not do amateur movies and another said you were doing you own amateur line?

Felicia Fox - Well I am not doing my own line yet. I am thinking about doing that this year. I am not as big on the pro-am stuff as I am on features. The features are definitely my favorite. I love playing a character. I love the scripts. I love the costumes and the make-up. I love playing a part that really might not be similar to you. It is fun and that is why I like about the business the most. But I come across so many young girls that want to shoot. And of course I travel so much that I probably will start to shoot my own pro-am stuff. I love being behind the camera as well.

Why will you never escort for any amount of money?

Felicia Fox - You know I don't know if...You know never say "never". I don't really like to say "never". It is something I say on my site just to keep people from bothering you. It is something that I have just chose not to do. Not that I have anything against it. It is just mainly because I am so busy and my biggest love is headlining and featuring. And I get so much sex in the movies right now. Maybe when the movies stop shooting so much and I still need the hot sex maybe I will go that route but it is not something I want to do right now.

Under what conditions would Grandpa Munster EVER look good?

Felicia Fox - Hahahaha. That was a joke. He was so nice. I got to meet him the very first time I entered a competition in Indiana. And it was like one of the first years that I had met Ronnie (Ron Jeremy) too. Al Lewis is one of the nicest. He is so into the sex business it is so funny. He is just a really, really nice guy. Very, very cool.

Why do you think e-mail fans don't show up?

Felicia Fox - You know I have no idea. I think because so many people can play a persona from behind a screen. And I deal with that a lot when you are actually the one talking to your fans all the time. People always say...they can be from anywhere. They can say they look like something and they really don't. Say you are of a certain age and you probably aren't. Anything can be made up on line so I think a lot of it is that people have fudged me in a certain way and they don't want to fess up to it in person. I do get quite a few of my little e-mails guys come in too so it is kind of a toss-up.

What have you learned since being in the industry that you wish you had known from the start?

Felicia Fox - How much I love the industry. I think I would have started numerous years ago if I had known how much fun I was going to have.
