The top-selling adult movie spoof has become a benchmark in porn history as no other interracial sex movie has sold better, won more awards or caused more national conversation.  It was a beloved NBC show that many felt should never have been pornified but audiences and critics absolutely love it.

Not the Cosbys XXX winner of the 2010 AVN Best Parody trophy and now the Urban X Award brings special meaning for Thomas Ward the picture-perfect Bill Cosby.  “This means a lot to me and I know it’s really important to the rest of the cast and producers Scott David and Jeff Mullen,” Ward said.  “They took a big risk spending this much money on an interracial movie so I’m really happy that it continues to be recognized as an important moment in porn history plus it’s funny as hell,” Ward remarked.
 
“I like the fact that it still continues to sell DVDs as new audience members white, black and brown continue to discover it as if it was just released today and I want to thank the Urban X Awards for this honor and also the stores for continuing to reorder,” stated Jeff Mullen of X-Play.

Will Ryder was introspective and teared up when he said, “I’m really happy that we won this award because we believe we reached an important milestone that can continue to bring blacks and whites together in all sorts of situations and positions like doggy style and mish.”  
 
The fun-filled Urban X Award Show took place Tuesday night at a downtown Los Angeles club filled with over 300 producers, directors and porn stars all having a great time enjoying beverages, musical performances, discreet breast exams and a few congratulatory hand jobs.   
 
“I want to thank the Urban X Awards for bestowing this honor on our movie,” concluded the movie’s co-producer Scott David.
