The Lesbian House Hunters series follows a group of real estate agents in the lesbian community of Thornhill. With the decline of the housing market, many of the agents quickly learn they must be ruthless in order to close a deal. Open houses promote open legs, and the clients always end up with a smile on their face.

Lesbian House Hunters: Part 4 begins with India Summer appraising a house owned by Jessi Palmer. Despite all the lavish furnishings and antiques, India discovers the most valuable possession is the Sybian Jessi keeps in the bedroom. The mere sight of it makes both women horny beyond control. Dyanna Lauren promises not to evict Diamond Jackson if Diamond hooks her up with a sweet, young girl. Diamond offers innocent Lily LaBeau to Dyanna as a payment. While Dyanna seduces Lily, Diamond entertains herself between the legs of Elexis Monroe. India Summer returns to discuss the listing on Tanya Tate’s house.
