The House Hunters series follows a group of real estate agents in the lesbian community of Thornhill. With the decline of the housing market, many of the agents quickly learn they must be ruthless in order to close a deal. Open houses promote open legs, and the clients always end up with a smile on their face. In Lesbian House Hunters: Part 3, Darryl Hanah offers the listing on her aunt’s house to Aimee Addison under the condition Aimee is her girlfriend for a day. A half million-dollar piece of property is enough to get Aimee’s tongue inside Darryl. Shyla Jennings and Haley Cummings are caught naked by realtors Elexis Monroe and Lux Kassidy. The awkward situation proves to stimulate both couples into some wild tribbing and fingering. Dana DeArmond advertises she will “do as she’s told, ‘til your property is sold,” a slogan Dragon Lily takes to heart, as she takes Dana to bed. The realtors of House Hunters 3 always negotiate their property sales in the bedroom.
