Adultcon 3 - November 17, 2002

AdultCON 3 took place Nov 17th, 2002 at the Crystal Park Casino in beautiful downtown Compton. Now if I seem a little sarcastic about that little fact that probably is because I am. You see the show wasn't suppose to be there but unfortunately the original location decided that they didn't want an "adult" event at their casino just a few days before the event so the show's organizers had to jump through some hoops at the last minute in order to find a new location. As the old saying goes "beggars can't be choosers" so Compton it was. The last minute shift had an effect on everyone since many people couldn't be reached until the last minute (if at all) and went to the wrong location and others had to move things quickly so they were not as organized as they normally would have been. While most people took the move in stride there were a few people who were a little more "vocal" if you will about their displeasure like the lovely Miss Angel Cassidey (she was just kidding, honest).

AdultCON is an interesting concept in adult conventions. The normal industry events like Erotica LA and the Adult Entertainment Expo are all about business. The fans are usually seen as a necessary evil at best and a down right nuisance at worst. AdultCON was set up for the fans. The only business here is the stars selling things to the fans. It is meant to be all fans at this little event and that is what you get. Now granted you won't find many of the major companies here (Adam and Eve and New Sensations were about the only major companies in attendance this time around) but I did to see a interesting cross section of adult talent. I did notice a definite slant towards the web site crowd vice DVD or movie companies.

I should also mention that most people at this show are here to make money so depending on who you want to get your picture taken with or autograph from it could cost you. So come prepared.

Sunset Thomas was in the house in order to promote several things for this always busy beautiful lady. She had recently become a contract star for VCA Pictures again, had been named editor of Cheri Magazine. As well as talking about her appearances at the Bunny Ranch. As is always the case this wild blonde was a huge crowd pleaser. They also had on hand Teri Weigel but as usual I wasn't very happy with how my pictures of her turned out.

I would be lying if I said the chance of meeting the lovely Belladonna in person for the first time wasn't a motivating factor for me to attend my first ever AdultCON. She was signing for New Sensations along with another young lady I was dying to meet for the first time and that was the equally beautiful Avy Scott.

I can definitely say that neither of these young ladies disappointed me. Belladonna is every bit the dynamo in person that she is on screen and she is definitely even more intimidating in person. She comes across as someone you just want to get close to. No matter what type of women you may think you are attracted to Bella will still get your blood pumping. Avy on the other hand was the calm in Bella's storm. She is even lovelier in person with some of the most beautiful eyes that you have ever seen. And yes fellahs they are definitely real.

Well I would be here all night doing this if I kept up writing everything for all the women that were present at the show. So we are going to stop trying to put each one in there own little thing and I am just going to start making one giant list of women. I would like to apologize to all of them for not having the time to give each of them their own little area but rest assured they all deserve it.

Hannah Harper was there promoting her many videos and DVD's from her then contract company Legend (She is now under contract to Sin City). Some of my favorites with her are Service Animals 4 (Evil Angel Productions) and The Heist 2 (Legend).

Sharon Wild is a lovely blonde who was there promoting her web site (www.sharonwild.com) but some of you may remember her from her scene with Friday and Rocco Siffredi in a little movie called Fashionistas from Evil Angel.

Lana Li is a beautiful asian model who was there promoting her web site www.lanali.com.

Natasha Dolling was there to promote her web site too which is currently under construction but you can find her in a smoking scene in Jules Jordan's Flesh Hunter 4 from Evil Angel.

Keri Windsor was there working from Adam and Eve. You can find her web site at www.keriwindsor.com.

Carmen Luvana was there promoting herself. She has done numerous pictures for New Sensations as well as being a current contract girl for Adam and Eve. You can find her in such movies as Phoenix Rising (New Sensations) and New Girls in Town 3 (Wicked Pictures).

Boo is a sexy young thing who was there with Belladonna and Avy. At the time I didn't know her but she has quickly made a name for herself in the industry. You can find her in several gonzo productions out now such as the infamous Shane's World 32 - Campus Invasion, Search and Destroy 2 (both from Shane's World) and Zero Tolerances Who's Your Daddy?

Kaylynn was there promoting her "little" web site www.kaylynn.com. This is one lovely lady who has to be experienced in person.

Dee was there promoting her appearance in a calendar called "The Dirty Dozen Gang" for Unity Calendars

Stephanie Swift and her contract girl Michelle Michaels were on hand to promote their web sites (www.stephanieswift.com and www.michellemichaelsxxx.com) unfortunately Michelle's web site seems to be down at the moment but rest assured Stephanie's is still up and running.
